Return Policy

My Plumbing Shop facilitates the purchase and sale of products between customers and third-party sellers. When you place an order, My Plumbing Shop acts as the intermediary, purchasing the product from the seller and reselling it to you. All purchases are governed by My Plumbing Shop's Terms of Sale, which include return policies, payment terms, and conditions of sale.

Refunds and returns are facilitated by My Plumbing Shop in coordination with the seller. Refunds will only be issued after verification that the return meets the conditions set forth in My Plumbing Shop's Return Policy. My Plumbing Shop reserves the right to deny refunds for products marked Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) or for products that have been misused or improperly handled by the Purchaser.
